Change over from geico to statefarm about a year ago, no speeding tickets or accidents, I added windshield/ glass coverage for broken or chipped. Two claims, subaru 1 for a large chip repair for $65 and then two months later my ram 1500 had a huge rock smacked it when on the freeway $942 for a replacement windshield. They call me today and say my wife and i are to high risk due to the two claims two months apart from each other... $368 per month for our full plan with auto, home. Seems that they're still making money but way to greedy.. two glass claims is way yyyy too much.. i should have never left Gieco , but a few people claimed how awesome statefarm is... lame. Going back to Gieco.

I first spoke to an agent at Jared Fink State Farm office whom was quoting me $60.00 more than what the website was quoting me. I explained that to her and she simply said well that is the quote I have, and couldn’t do anything.

I am so glad I called a different agent.
I then reached out to Mariana Chavez office and spoke with Berenice.
She was such a help and patient.
I explained to her the same thing and she ask if I could just send her over pic of what I was seeing to verify and see the difference. She added the pic to my file just to have a reference in case anything came back different.
She was able to see my quote and was able to get the same quote on her end.
Just because of how helpful she was I also opted for higher limits and insured my 2 Atv’s through state farm.
I know have better coverage than I had with Geico, and the policy is about $60.00 less a month.
I would definitely recommend the State Farm office of Mariana Chavez and also to double check what you currently have because you never no if your current insurance provider is just taking advantage of you.

I purchased with this agent online. I never heard from my agent once until it was time to renew, and then I only got an email from my agent stating my policy would be going up by 26.4%. She never once spoke to me on the phone or even asked me to come in to discuss other financial/insurance needs. If you do decide to go with State Farm, as it is a good company, I would not recommend this agent.

I did everything online. I just moved to AZ and did the whole process while unpacking.
