They just do not have customer service that I’m accustomed to receiving. They don’t return calls or emails. They let your policy renew when you’ve asked for it to be cancelled. They don’t give you the instructions necessary to cancel until you’ve been charged because they didn’t return your calls and emails, and then they make you do all the work to get your money back. I mean they wouldn’t even call the insurance company they underwrote my policy with to check on my refund after I asked Anthony. Instead here’s the number. You call them. I thought I was a customer. They made money off my premiums, three different policies. Oh well, next company. There’s way too many places that care.

Anthony and Jackie Oskolkoff have been handling my insurance for a few years. Their polite and professional attitude I have always been impressed with. when I had questions about my golf cart a few years ago. they gave me their personal cell phone to send pictures so I did not need to drive to the office for answers. they have let me know the best deals, for my personal income through the years. last Saturday they were closed and I was buying a new 4by4 toy and could only reach them by their personal phone.{ office closed} On HIS DAY OFF, he went to the office and got me insurance so I could have it that day !!!!!!! I have ran into them and their family on the road also and they has visited and been as kind and considerate to me there, as in the office. Today while updating all my different insurances, Anthony spent time explaining why I should consider a different insurance package, in my new position. which was so WISE for me to do. Anothony, Jackie and Andrew , i have now had the pleasure to work with all 3 and when my home taxes were due, Andrew knew how to help me with it, even though it had nothing to due with my insurance and that HELPED ME SO MUCH. Jackie helps me with 2,000 questions and just puts me at peace with all of it. She smiles and just answers everything and gets ahold of me when needed and alwasy gives me her time and attention, she works the best deal possible for myself and my family and friends.

But the price went up fast and quick had to shop for better pricing and same exact coverage and more for 1,000$ less a year, most of the increases was in the auto coverage, approximately 180$ less a month with the new company that’s enough to switch. Besides the money this agency is very good and family oriented and caring.

I dealt with a very rude female who wouldn’t even give me her name. I’d love to chop it up to the stress of the holiday season but there’s seems to be a trend, so much so that she said “maybe you should find another insurance company” to which I stated, “probably a good idea”. Now the business is hurting so bad for my $38, they want to send me to collections. Just because this is Havasu, doesn’t mean everyone is a sucker and can be played. Unethical behavior

Anthony Oskolkoff is NOT a good agent, he’s not very truthful, I mentioned to him when I signed up I wanted car rental, when I was in a fender bender and needed a car rental Anthony said I do not have car rental, I argued the fact that I wanted car rental and he disagreed with me. But when my claims officer contacted me they said I did have car rental. Anthony can not be trusted.

Finally he went on his own and love to deal with him Recently had a major water leak in our house while we were in Canada only to arrive home to a flooded house. Went right away to his office and told him about it. His wife got us an insurance adjuster by the name of Rachel Burr who was fantastic and very professional. They had an emergency crew on location in a very short time and the adjuster was there also in a short period of time. All repairs done and the settlement was fast and fair. Transfering from one Farmer’s agent to another is easy . You just have to choose rhe better one. We did!
MR ANTHONY OSKOLKOFF KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. We didnt know we are entitled to more discounts and better coverage. We could have saved more but my ex Farmers insurance agent didnt even offer it!
