On my first visit I had the pleasure of working with Dan Nelsen who spent a generous amount of time with me setting up a homeowners policy for my new residence in Tucson. We also set up a plan to transfer my State Farm auto insurance to the local office. I've happily been with State Farm for many years. Dan went over all the details of both policies to make sure they fit my current needs as well as shared insights of living in Tucson. I left feeling very comfortable and secure in the choices I made. Several days later I called to update some information on my policy and spoke to Tamsin Bennett. She had my file up and modified almost before I finished explaining what I needed. I decided to stop by my neighborhood State Farm office and I am so happy I did. Dan set down with me, went over my existing coverage and gave me an apples to apples quote. After another place kept raising rates, I asked for a quote from State Farm. Tevin was super helpful, able to customize my quote through multiple iterations and quickly arrange the transfer. I end up saving quite a bit over the old place, too.

Stephanie was excellent! Not only did I save more than 35% moving from progressive to State Farm, I also got jewelry insurance at a fraction of a price! She walked me through all the pros and cons of each term auto and rental insurance, I was trying hard to obtain a jewelry insurance and I got that too for a fraction of price of other competitors.
