I'm locked out of my house and I'm trying to contact my insurance company to send a locksmith. I've called their office twice and it says they are currently closed. There's no message saying if there's an emergency call this number. Obviously I can't get at my paperwork because I'm locked out of my house. I am in a part of the country where it's like 110°. I went online to try to do it and they said I had to do it through my local agent. I can't believe there is no backup plan. I pay a lot of money for this insurance. And they have me held in handcuffs because I had to file two claims simultaneously last year, so the rates are exorbitant and the service is subpar.
Although I have made more than a few calls this past two weeks, can't seem to get them to stop my EFT payments. A couple weeks ago, I left a message for my agent to please call me. She didn't and as a result I had to call her again the next day. She again didn't have time for me, and wanted me to leave my # again. Vanessa sensed my displeasure, and took care of my home policy cancellation. It shouldn't have taken that much time and trouble to take care of this.
I've been with Sundance lnsurance for some years and l have a good experience with them .
My home insurance Co never met anyone but good coverage and a calendar like that
