Got my policy looked over by another insurance agent. Got a much better policy, more comprehensive coverage and lower deductible for close to $100 less a month. I would definitely have someone else double check your policy from this place.

Had them for over a year with multiple vehicles with no problems then I swapped debit card for direct payment and gave them new card number and 2 times ran old card and cancelled my policy. Tried to reuse them but after 5 attempts they finally quoted me a price 100x higher then I was originally paying. No one wanted to help, no one called me back, no one there wanted to take responsibility for their mess up. Bad business ethics not to help there clients.

The worst group I’ve worked with. I moved with my agent that I had been with but he then left. I still have never spoken to my actual new agent yet I’ve had to call them multiple times to make changes to my policy that they had said would be taken care of. Also heaven forbid you have a house fire, which is what insurance is for....I won’t even start on that. If a negative number rating could be given, I would.

In the beginning we were apprehensive to change from a well known insurance company that we had been a customer of for the last 28 years. The straw that broke the camels back was when our previous insurance company came out to the house, walked around the outside, then sent us a letter that said our rates on our house were increasing by 20% a year. We contacted Cabot Insurance Group who took a look at our current policy, and were able to give us a quote for our house insurance that gave us better coverage, and a SAVINGS of 40%!! We are very impressed with everyone we have spoken with at Cabot Insurance group. They are friendly and very helpful.
