My honest assessment is as follows. Short answer FARMERS INSURANCE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Long answer do not go with with them for your home! They did me wrong with a surprise inspection of your home while your not there than fail you for bogus weak reasons and not tell you about it till close to them cancelling your policy. They will than jack up your rate considerably higher for this so called "professional" inspection report and tell you there hands are tied. Never had this issue with several other recent insurance companies so I highly recommend looking else where. They do dirty dealings and attract you with very low insurance quotes at first than you will pay dearly for it later.

I'd like to give you my personal opinion of how I was treated by Farmer's Insurance Company, The Brown Agency, Cabot, Arkansas.
Their agent, Mr. Cameron Tomboli, was a delight to speak to, he was professional, and spoke in terms with me that was easy to understand. In our conversation regarding my insurance needs, he took the time to make sure everything we discussed was correctly noted and repeated back to me in detail each of them in order of my priorities, and needs.
He also made sure to say at the end of conversations, that if there was anything else, I could call him and discuss what exactly I needed. Each conversation was personable, and filled with smiles, as well as kindness for dealing with this old woman and my idiosyncrasies. I couldn't have ever had a better insurance experience in all my 60 years of life. Which means out of my 60 years, 40 of them were in a position of dealing with insurance agents.
I will be recommending them to my friends and and to the public and those I come in contact with in my community.

Jennifer was so knowledgable and was super flexible in her communications because I am 2 hours behind her. She did a comparison of my coverages then called me to explain the foreign language to me. A cheaper cost is always a benefit but the customer service (not having to go through an automatic service and speaking to random people) and relationship with an actual person that gets to know you and your families needs are priceless!! I suggest even if you have to pay a little more just go with it because the level of transparency is unmatched.
