I called for a quote and explained my past dealings with Liberty Mutual and asked for auto and renters quote. Penny was not only rude and condescending but she hung up on me twice. This seems to be the norm these days from bad employees. I spoke with the owner who was just as rude. Be careful how your employees treat customers, because those customers are YOUR LIFELINE to SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS staying in business! WOW!
