Used this company for a week canceled the policy was told would receive a refund for the unused portion, called customer service because still havent received it and was told I would not receive a refund. USE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER!

I am beyond impressed with the service I received from Joyl Z. He answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. One of the nicest agents I've ever dealt with. My quote just kept getting higher and higher! With no explanations other than the dude trying to mansplain the raises in price every other day I would check for a quote. When I initially started with them they failed to take my money which caused my insurance to lapse. When I called to get started up again I was sent through all types of hoops. Just bad for business! I’m glad with the insurance I have now!

Always messing up my bill and lying about how I was completely caught up, then getting my policy cancelled the next day due to non payment. I have never had a bad experience with Direct. I once had them 10 yrs ago, but had to switch when I moved and they were not in the area. Now that I’m back I made sure I picked them up again and once again I get such a pleasant experience. I even let my insurance lapse and had no problem getting it back at a very good rate. Even the General did not give me a better rate than Direct. I will recommend anyone to this insurance company

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful... Good insurance at a low price... The only downfall is that they sometimes do not open on time and they are late getting back from your lunch breaks... This makes it difficult for me because I am on a tight schedule
