First of all, I would like to thank Peter M for helping me get my classic car covered. Peter fought tooth and nail to get the coverage that I wanted. Everyone else I went to told me it was impossible to get the coverage I wanted. The entire process was streamlined and convenient. I was hesitant to check this place out at first but, after Meeting Peter I was reassured I was in good hands. Peter made purchasing insurance for my home and breeze or some might say a walk in the park. I had no idea I was missing out on so many options that saved me time and money. Thanks to Peter I'll be purchasing my auto insurance from him as well. Peter is a stand up guy, thanks!

I wish I could give this agency a negative rating. The office is disorganized and unprofessional. Fariba did not bother to review my renewal policy beforehand and just charged my saved payment method credit card to pay for my renewed policy premium without my knowledge which was pumped quadruple. Fariba sent me my renewed policy only after my credit card company informed me of the upcoming charge scheduled and sent an email questioning the charge. From them after she kept on lying that she had sent me the renewal policy and more lies on emails and text messages up to 9 pm at night, to a point that it felt like harassment. I can only advise everyone to keep away from her and her office and get your insurance services somewhere else .

If I can give this agency 0 stars I would. The agency owner is the most DISRESPECTFUL person I have EVER encountered. I recently got transferred over to this agency and cancelled my policy shortly after. They kept sending me the same letter over and over again. I had to call and confirm that this was cancelled and they told me multiple times that I have two other open policies which I don’t. I asked to stop sending me letters in the mail and she kept giving me attitude and blaming everyone else. She is so rude. They have NO clue what they’re doing I have no idea how they’re still in business.

She is excellent at her profession and supportive of both client and Farmers. She is an angel. I am very happy to know her.
