My monthly payment kept changing and increasing from month to month for no reasons, adding drivers to my policy i never requested to add, forgetting applying discounts i was eligible fir, all these led me to pay $255 for Camry 2009. Kept calling and contacting them nothing changed. Finally i found a great deal with another company. bye bye state farm!

This is my review for Allan Cheng, his awesome team and State farm as a whole. My wife was in a car accident recently and I texted Allan right away. Even though his office was closed (it was 7am) he guided and helped me including a Sunday through text. He helped me throughout the entire process and was always patient from car rental to car purchase and his response was always quick on text or email. The entire process from accident to getting a check from total loss took less than 3 weeks. Allan even helped me with new car by recommending a dealer friend he knows. Thank you to Allan and his crew!

The agent who serves me is Denise Cheng. She is patient and she will go into every detail with me to make sure I won't miss any benefit I can get from StateFarm. She helps me save money and at the same time get the best way to protect my car and renter. With her being my agent, I feel extra safe on the road because I know I am being covered and someone is always there to have you cover.

Allen was competent when he spoke to me but his employees are beyond the worst.
I returned to State Farm from having changed to another company and when I moved I had to change State Farm agents.

When I signed up with State Farm with Allen's office they neglected to inform DMV. I received, in about 10 days from that date, a letter from DMV suspending my registration for failure to have insurance. It took one month for Allen's office to get DMV to reinstate the registration.
I'm a male Hispanic and there was no way I was going to drive my car without valid registration so for one month I was not able to drive my car despite Insurance being paid

Allan spend about an hour going over all of my policies. Even the ones not handled by him. In one case, he even suggested that I not move one of my policies to him. Allan is honest and always responds to questions, whether by email, phone calls.

Allan is hands-down the best insurance agent that I have ever worked with. He is trustworthy, super responsive, and an amazing problem solver. His focus on customer service is the best in the business. For example, he proactively helped me lower my rate with an equal if not better coverage plan. Even though he would make less from me. He puts his customers first! Another example, he helped me resolve my proof of insurance to my mortgage lender. It is not part of his job. He just rolls up his sleeves and gets things done for his customers. I wish I had an Allan in all aspects of my life. Makes my life SO much easier!
