Edith Hernández answered me a month ago in regards to a question I had about my policy and her answer for me was that it was better for me to change my policy. I have 8 years in this policy and agency, I have had problems about my policy but never such a horrible and unprofessional service and experience, as with this lady.
Yes, I changed my agent because it made a mess in my policy instead of helping me!! Hopefully your agent Bill Hard will pay more attention to this lady. She behaved rude and not at all professional and more !! And she even suggested that it would be better for me to change agencies and if I did it, it is because an agent like her does not know how to treat a client or solve problems about policies, rather demonstrate she does not have the experience.. I don't know if she has behaved the same with more people Or because we are Hispanic she had that behavior with me... I hope his agent pays more attention...

Edith and some other girl whos name i didn't get provided the worst service. These folks shouldn't be allowed to even work there. literally waited for a phone call that Edith said she was going to return and never did. I called again the following day just to get hung up on. Terrible service.

If I could rate 0 I would. You are honestly a waste of time. Made us wait for 2 weeks just tell us that you can't cover anything! What's the point of paying for full auto coverage insurance when according to you "you can't do much". Very disappointed in State farm. So much for "like a good neighbor state farm is there"

This place is TRASH!

Simply, I've tried to contact their agents in regards to my premium going up. They never return my emails or calls.

When I got a hold of someone, they basically said my premium went up cause I drive too much. They've never mentioned anything about a cap on my mileage and they seem to come up with something in order for them to try a justify.

Money is not the issue, but when they raised my premium without ethical justification, then that's a problem.

My family been with them for years, I would love to try and keep that relationship going.
