This office canceled my policy over 6 months ago and still charged me and my mom after my policy ended. I asked them to give them my money back and waited all this time only for them to tell me they can't help me. These people are scammers and lack effort to respond in a prompt manner the way an insurance company should.

Went in got a great quote. I was told that I had a lot of discounts available to me. I was intrigued and decided to do business with them. Two weeks later I began to get letters in the mail from State Farm stating that the incentives given to me were no longer available to me. So my monthly payment went up $72 dollars🤢. It amazes me what these people will do to book a client. Tell lies to bring you in and then rank up the prices before your next payment. I will definitely will not be doing business with State Farm any longer. Please be cautious!!
