We are so glad we stuck with State Farm Insurance after making a switch from another company. You do not realize who you go with matters until something happens. My husband got into a hit-and-run accident in a parking garage while at work. We expected a painful dealing but honestly it was the smoothest experience we ever had.

From beginning to end..no problems (reporting the incident, taking car into shop, getting a car rental, returning and completing). We paid the deductible but we were so glad that they actually got it refunded to us later with a check in the mail. Lisa and her staff know what they're doing and we felt taken care of.
