Horrible communication between the insurance broker and myself I was given a price and ending up paying double of what I was told. I ask to speak to corporate or a manger and here I am a month later and still no response. I know times are hard but to be honest I should have gonna with a different insurance company. I ended up getting charged what mercury insurance was gonna charge me and it came with more coverage.
Adriana’s only provided me with basic liability Insurance. This is a perfect example of a company who only cares about their commissions and not their customer’s .
If I could give this place a no star review I would !!
