I wouldn't even give them 1 star! It was the only way to leave a review! You are not in good hands ! I've been trying to speak to a representative since early January. No one answers , and if you text or leave a message, it's not returned! They do not seem to value the customers! They are too expensive to be treating customers of years that way! I've decided to leave them and go to State Farm ! I do not recommend Allstate Gaurdado !!

I've been with Allstate for awhile now for vehicle insurance and today I called to cancel my policy because I got new insurance with another company that's way cheaper.
I spoke to an agent by the name of Andres who was very rude I do not recommend Guardado Allstate they are overpriced and rude to customers,just wish I would've dropped them alot sooner.

After being a customer of Allstate almost thirty years with no claims on my homeowners insurance, I was dropped. My home is within 250 feet from a fire station but yet the reason for being dropped was that my home is in a high fire area. It seems like a lame excuse to me. Do NOT try to get home owners insurance from this company. They will drop you in a heartbeat.
