From the moment I called Litchfield Insurance, for the first time and I was greeted with a very friendly voice, knew I was in the right place, I spoke to Terri, she assured me that George could find me Medicare plan that would suit my needs. Our healthcare provider changed ownership at the same time as the annual Medicare enrollment deadline. Neither the new or prior owners notified us that they would no longer be contracting with our Medicare Advantage plan. Fortunately for us, Litchfield Insurance called us as soon as they found out, days before the deadline for Medicare changes. After he worked through the weekend with other clients, we met with him on Sunday night and made the necessary change to another Medicare Advantage Plan. If it had not been for George and his team, I would have gone to some long-scheduled appointments for a serious health issue, only to find that I was no longer covered by insurance. Although I would never recommend my health care provider to anyone, I will highly recommend George and his team for health insurance. He took care of us.

Been using George for years, he's the best. It's like having a trusted friend in the Insurance business to advise you.

I chose this insurance agent because of the two positive reviews I read online. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I called and left a voicemail (apparently nobody answers the phone there) and waited two days before George Litchfield's son called me back. Our conversation was short, he could not meet with me regarding my insurance needs for a week. I told him I would have to call him back to get a meeting set up as I did not know my following week's scheduled just yet. I placed four more phone calls, leaving voice mails each time, and never got a return call to set up the meeting. It's probably best that I learned my lesson quickly rather than getting tangled up with a business that does not return people's phone calls. If I ran my business this way, my doors would have been shut long ago.

George Litchfield & Team are great! They were so kind, patient & helpful - I was so confused by the different plans, options, monthly payments, etc & they walked me through everything until it all made sense. I am grateful for their services & recommend them to anyone!
