Terrible attitude towards people!!! When the policy needed to be sold, they were nice and even smiled. But after 2 weeks I received a letter stating that my policy would be canceled because I deceived the company when applying for the policy! WHAT?! I took out a policy with an agent! I wrote to the agent, she did not answer. I had to come! To hear that she saw my letter)) The agent said that I needed to translate my driver's license from another country into English. My license is in English! I spent $60 on a translator and brought the translation to the agent. She assured me that everything was fine. But 1 week later I received a letter saying that my insurance would be 640 instead of $309! WHAT?! I wrote to the agent, but she remained silent. I bought another insurance from another company and asked to cancel my policy. SHE ignored my letter! I wrote again, she ignored me again! I had to call the company and spend almost 2 hours per call, because I know English very poorly, and calls through an interpreter always take a lot of time. Terrible horror (((Disappointed

When I noticed the collection in the middle of purchasing a home I contacted Abraham and he tried to convince me he was helping me by taking a payment for the check he sent by accident after ruining my home buying process with this collection.

They are fair...they have always treated me fairly...they are honest and take the time to explain anything that needs explaining. I've had great results, everything that Allstate advertises in terms of service and one time accident forgivness, discounts, they have complied with;...I've had no problems with them. Honesty in the insurance field is VERY IMPORTANT to me..and being treated fairly is what I ask...and they are. What's also special to me is that I have just one policy with them...yet they've made me feel like I am just as important as someone who has multiple policies. And I really like that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abraham Forouzan to anyone who asks or who reads this review. And I have recommended them in the past.

No matter when I call, there is someone nice who answers the phone. If they can't answer my questions they call me back and actually FOLLOW THROUGH! Great office staff! Great service!!
