I have been a State Farm customer for over 35 years. I recently had to have my front windshield replaced due to a large crack in it. I contacted the Burlingame office, and Henry, one of the agents, submitted my claim for me immediately. I have dealt with Henry numerous times for questions or information I need, and he is always so responsive, professional and knowledgeable. My windshield was replaced within a few days, and the technician was not only professional and friendly, but he did an excellent job with the repair work.

I have had my auto and renter's insurance with this agency for over 15 years. In dealing with a claim this year in which my vehicle was totalled after an accident, as well as obtaining insurance for the new vehicle that later replaced it, no one could have been more helpful to me than Michelle Lam. Whenever I called, she responded immediately and helped me through the entire process. She also found (on her own) that I had been mistakenly overcharged for my old car's insurance and issued a substantial refund to me. Again to my surprise, when I finally purchased a new vehicle 10 months after the accident, she called me to say that I would be getting another large refund for the old policy. I have found Michelle to be extremely professional and knowledgeable, helpful beyond words, and a pleasure to deal with. She is just outstanding.

We work with Adrian in the San Carlos office and she is very responsive and knowledgable. And when she wasn't sure, she was honest and mentioned she would need to call me back with details. AND SHE DID call me back. Customer service has generally taken a back seat in tele-communications over the last decade so its always refreshing and nice to work with someone who communicates well and follows up.

I've recently worked with Henry Ha to get set up with insurance for a house which I am building in the San Carlos area, and went ahead and overhauled my other homeowner's insurance, car insurance, and umbrella policy with Henry. Great experience working with Brandon and team. We had state farm previous and switched to a different carrier then switched back. We chose Brandon for when we switched back and him and team made the process seamless. They're always super responsive and easy to reach through phone, email or anything. I've been working a lot with Henry and always get a quick answer for just what I need.

I reached out by email for a free estimate and Randall Gee answered really fast with options. We have been having the worst luck insuring our house in the hills, companies being scared of fire risks and either not wanting to insure us or cancelling on us at the end of our first year. We ended up having to add Cal State Fair Plan, which pretty much doubled the price of our home insurance. Our car insurance was also really expensive for a family of 4 with 2 new drivers. Randall gathered all the information from me through pictures of my insurance paperwork and came up with a standalone home insurance that does not require Cal State backing and cuts back also a couple thousand dollars on our car insurance by bundling all of it together. This was all done on the phone. To top it off, Randall is not only efficient but very nice and fun to talk to, which doesn't hurt! Very happy with this new insurance option and my new agent!

No one wants to call their insurance agent and when you do it’s usually not a great experience. This isn’t the case when you’re working with Henry. We expected Henry to be like all the other insurance agents we’ve spoken to in the past who were just trying to get us a policy that we didn’t need.
