Derek, and his entire staff, are absolutely one of the most professional companies which I have had the pleasure to work with! Their customer service is outstanding and has been so for the 30 years I have been insured with Allstate and their office. I highly recommend being insured with this office because this level of customer service is hard to find in today's world.

Derek is a great agent. He’s always looking out for me. He’s helped me out a ton, making sure my insurance policy is affordable with great coverage. He made sure that I got the best deal possible. Also the staff is amazing and always super friendly. They have the cutest golden retriever in the office that greats you as soon as you walk in through the door! I’ve loved Allstate for years, they have been great and easy to work with. However this last month the rate of my insurance for a 1984 vehicle jumped $1300 . I was not notified and only charged the auto payment which is when I noticed the error. After finally getting ahold of Donna at The Prince Family Allstate I was met with uncharacteristically sassy attitude and the command to do handle a policy change myself and let her know. She also said I was emailed the update ( I was not, and I chose paperless) she tried to make me feel like it was my fault this happened. No accountability on their end as the insurance agent.

That’s not how it was supposed to go, she should have offered to correct the issue and contact me when it was resolved so I could handle the policy move to another state on my own.

Citizens beware, if you tell The Price Family Allstate that they messed up, their response will be defensive and say it was on you.
