John’s staffs, Yana and Ann are outstanding. From my experience dealing with insurance agents, not a single one that you speak directly to human ( not robot and undecided which menu to choose that will answer your specific questions). When Yana talking on phone , calls routed to Ann and I got help or get my questions answered immediately by Ann have Yana to call back. I felt warmly welcomed on my first visit greeted by John. But the two ladies took over afterward. They are very efficient though. After that everything handled over phone calls or email. Very prompt and eager to help on the phone also.
