Brian Schnese is an agent agent who goes above beyond for his clients. Recently I was in car accident and he called and made sure everything things was taken off in with my claim. He was there every step of way acting as advocate to make sure all my questions and concerns were meet. It was superior customer service.

I will live 5 stars for helping me with my insurance and getting it reinstated, they stayed after hours to help resolve my issue with my policy and it sure helped they were able to reinstate my policy and I will continue using Brian for insurance needs. I called Brian from AAA asking to switch coverage from one vehicle to a newly purchased one so I could get my tags. In less that 5 minutes he texted me the EOI. That is customer service at its finest.
