I want to give this company ZERO STARS, but since that’s not an option, I gave it one star. First Acceptance Insurance Company Inc - is the worst car insurance company I have ever dealt with. I have full coverage and the insurance company does not want to pay full price for OEM parts or labor prices in California for collision repair. They DO NOT provide a repair auto shop for the clients to have the vehicle inspected. The client has to do all the work and fine an auto shop and retrieve estimates and send the documents to the adjuster and photos and to the supplement department and Adjuster .
When a client is in a collisions, they should not have to be stress-out and hassle to do all the work to have their vehicle repaired. First Acceptance insurance company should handle everything so that the client is stress-free and not have to worry about having to get different estimates from different auto repair shops and compare prices. This company needs to provide their own auto body shop for the clients to take the vehicle to get repaired and to get an estimate. This is the worst Car Insurance company I’ve ever had to deal with and complain to the supplement department and adjuster Dept. Just a reminder for people, looking for a Car Insurance do not go with First Acceptance Insurance company Inc. I’m not a happy customer with this auto company insurance. They make the client do all the work and they do not follow their own policy agreement. THEY SUCK!!!

Great rates, but let you end up with a total loss not being your fault!! The follow up is garbage two months ago my car was wrecked into by a drunk driver and they still haven’t paid the car off! I have no idea why they even chose to pay the car off instead of letting AAA who the woman was insured by! The woman falana penn who is my total loss adjuster is the worst and doesn’t communicate accordingly whatsoever!! Can’t wait for this process to be over I’ve never heard of such a dragged out process from other people and their experience and I pay 300 for 2 vehicles a month.

Jon Lee is the best in the business. If i could give him 100 stars and a raise I most certainly would. He has been my insurance guy for years. The reason being that he is very patient and accommodating no matter how ridiculous my needs. If I am ever late with a payment, he will call me.
