Went in to renew my policy and the monthly payment went down. Jose took care of me right away once again. In my opinion this is the best place around for affordable car insurance.

Nichell is a freakin “Superstar”!!! My motorcycle policy got cancelled for a few reasons, and she had gotten me a new policy with both of my motorcycles on it, full coverage, great monthly payment, great renewal payment, helped me (held my hand sort of speak lol) to use my mobile phone to complete the policy, and her professional service is on point! Oh, not to mention her patients, I felt sooo bad that she had to wait for me to send her pictures of both motorcycles! All this in just over an hour! Nichell, thank you for your kind service and professionalism!!!!

First things first I would love to comment on their customer service. It’s amazing! Fast, professional and friendly! Nichelle was the one who greeted me in, such a cheerful young gal, answered every question I had. Super professional, I appreciated that she redirected me with Angela when she wasn’t too sure on something. I liked that she was honest with her work and made sure I got the best service about my car quote. Angela on the other hand was AWESOME! She was like speedy gonzalez here at the office! She gave me many options and did her best to find something for me within my budget. Overall this place is GREAT! Keep up the wonderful job ladies! I will definitely be back once my term is done with GIECO.
