To begin with I'm a resident in northern California, Sacramento. I must say, the agent Carlos who works here is the man! If you need help with insurance this guy works magic! He beat the price I was quoted by everyone else and when I say everyone else I mean I was in contact with 11 other companies and he beat everyone of them. Super helpful and always ready to answer my call or at least super super quick in response if he was not available right away. The customer service I received from him everytime I've spoken with him has been beyond outstanding, above and beyond. With Carlos at this office I guarantee you'll be satisfied. Never have I received such competent, quick, consistent, and reliable service. If there was a medal to be won this office takes everytime hands down. Unbelievably happy with my insurance now. Because of my driving record, adriannas insurance charged me over 400$... I was close to giving up finding new insurance because now needed two full coverage on two vehicles. But the gentleman that works here- Carlos- gave me a call. And I was like OK, what.... To sum it up, he gave me a better down payment, and affordable monthly. Way cheaper than adriannas. So sad I spent that 450 =((
So I totally recommend this place and he made it easy, everything over the phone =) because I live in Watts.

Havent been there but it's just annoying when you come to your car in a gated community and find there flyers all over your car and every car in the complex. It's bad enough to get this garbage when I got to a store, I dont need someone coming to where I live and leave trash on my car. ALL of these flyers that are left on our cars end up on the ground and just littered everywhere.

After doing some shopping around for insurance, they asked me for my card information and an email. They sent me documents. After looking over those documents, I decided not to go with "Alliance" aka Redline, but by they then they had charged me and refused to send my money back. The guy kept referring to me as "bro."

Horrible place!!! Never got a bill mailed out to me and when I called to see what was going on the gentlemen that i spoke with said he would email me what I needed, never heard from him again. Insurance got cancelled due to the negligence on the brokers behalf. Place is garbage!!!!
