Failed to notify me about my autopay not processing, even though there was money in my bank account. Didn’t tell me until three weeks later. Then tried to charge me 119 dollars to reinstate it. Scam company go to other places

Been a loyal customer there for nearly two years now ..... Have friendliest professional experienced personal staff and I don't have any bad complaints with that one office on Washington St..... The other pronto offices I can't say the same ....

Pretty girl people... been with them before they we're dashers.... 20+yrs with them and they're pretty good...

Jose Reyes is the one who service me and he is the best. He got me a really affordable monthly rate with my non owners insurance and it was everything I needed. Service was fast. Just went in today because Pronto's online customer service failed me; didn't receive an insurance card, no email so I could create my account (which they said they'd send) & no response from their get back to you feature. But Jose solved all that :) He assigned himself as my agent since doing it online apparently leaves you on your own. He helped me make my payment, as well as get a insurance card printed, & automatic deposit set up! Only took 10 mins max, great customer service 👍 I seen previous comments on his professionalism & it is indeed there :) Thank you Jose, you helped ease some of my worries. Would definitely come back in without hesitation/call if I needed anything

Jose has been so nice. But the only annoying thing is really hard try to reach them. Never respond when I call them. I never receive any information when I requested by email. It looks like they don’t wanna sell any service. Two stars only for Jose. Without Jose’s customer service should be zero stars!

after being with fred loya for several years i had to look elsewhere because of their lack of professionalism. i went in and was helped by the guy. extremely nice. he gave me comparable rates to ais. i explained to him my situation and how fred loya did me dirty, he said give him a minute and did something in the system and was actually able to beat their price, with the same company ais offered me for about $50 less. told him i’d be back after payday. came back after payday and payment and paperwork were a breeze. after the initial payment(it was about $25 more than my current but afterwards he said it’ll be $30 cheaper because of initiation fees) he handed me my paperwork, gave me a little folder and a pen. overall nice experience. no obligations they’ll run numbers for you too so if you don’t live too far it’s worth the trip imo. thank you.

I had the pleasure of communicating with Melody today in regards to setting up a two car policy. Melody was very responsive, took a few minutes to scan for best current rates, called me back in ~30 minutes and provided me 3 options that were all reasonable. In the end I opted to go direct and the steps thereafter were efficient and Melody kept stride with me along the way.
