Very disappointed in there customer service, I had asked for a quote for my business insurance before Dec. 25 and yet still have not received no updates or phone call from there office. I reached out 2 weeks later and the receptionists mentioned Israel should get back to me. Still to this day he has not reached out.

I have experience working at an insurance company and I know what it's like to give good customer service. It should not take more than 2-3 weeks to get a quote on an existing policy, let alone give an update to your customer about what is going on. Another thing, it seems that Israel is the only one in charge of business policies. I would have not mind if another person from there office assisted in this request as well, but very disappointed. Glad I am cancelling my policy!

Mr. Israel Martinez is an Amazing Consultant and Insurance Agent. I was looking for a insurance company that covered a new Commercial and Business Service that God had given me to Start. Mr Martinez informed me of the importance of starting a business the right way and instructed me on how to proceed and was able to give me the insurance that I needed for my endeavor. They increase your policy rate constantly. I've never gotten in an accident or gotten a ticket and my policy still increases constantly and they don't even inform you.

Si eres latino y ocupas servicios de DMV no vengas aqui esta gente te rovara el dinero que con tanto trabajo ganas. A mi me cobraron $390 por registrar un carro pero no me di cuenta hasta que me llego el titulo del carro.

Simple mente no ay buen servicio para los clientes la communication es pesima. Tratando de Agregar otro carro ami poliza ya un mes y Asta hoy nada solo dicen k te van allamar y nada
