Horrible customer service.
After multiple attempts to get an answer an agent andwered, put me on hold & hung up. I called back, left a message, never got a response or call back. I had to call a different location to get the information I needed. It was all done within 15 minutes.

I went today and Roxana Topete help me fast .Buy a insurance for a week and they refund me 1/4 of my deposit not good try to contact her leave a messages and no reply .

I was calling around to get quotes for insurance for a car I was planning to buy and one of my last calls turned out to be Erika's Insurance. The phone was answered by a female who said they were busy and would call me back. She didn't ask for my name or number, so I pretty much wrote them off. Then, about 30 mins later I received a call from Donovan Torres. Not only did he work with me to try to match the quotes I've been getting, but he had the BEST personality and attitude! He really worked hard to get everything done for me super fast as he knew I was on a time schedule from the dealership.

The other agencies I had been talking to didn't have half of the nice and helpful personality of Donovan. It was a simple decision and easy to recognize how lucky I got that Donovan will now be my "Insurance Guy".
