His experience and honesty while dealing with the difficult situation of my son totaling his car while away at college across the country, gave me a renewed confidence in the our State Farm office. I recently needed to get a full-coverage auto policy for my 21 year-old son in California, due to GEICO's incompetence and terrible custome service, which is not easy to get due to how terrible the drivers are in California, and the strict rules for insuring California drivers this age, with full coverage. Another agent I called checked 45 companies, and no one would insure my son, who has a clean driving record. But Helen at State Farm made this happen. The communication with Helen was excellent, and my son ended up with much better coverage than the previous liability only policy, and with a great rate! Very responsive and good service for my auto insurance. But had to cancel home insurance because State Farm was a bit fussy.
Helen Do is the person to get things resolved. Very pleased. One year later I had to cancel my policy . Unhappy with State Farm. Then even though my son had a separate policy from mine, they cancel his policy without notifying him before hand. To me, that was an inappropriate and vindictive response. I would change the five star rating to a two because Helen Do was always very professional.
