The “couple” times I have actually talked with Nancy have been good. She is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. However, the woman who answers the phone is rude, short and makes me feel like I am bothering her. When I ask a question she is very condescending toward me. I am strongly considering moving to a new company as I don’t appreciate this kind of service.

My wife and I did a life change currently from owning a home to selling most everything, Then buying an Motorhome and keep one of the vehicles to travel the US. The ONE time I got in an accident, they unfortunately didn’t do their job. They refused to call the other person’s insurance, despite it being a rear-end accident meaning I was not found at fault. They expected me to pay damages and I had to do all the work to fight with the other person’s insurance and get the damages covered. The body shop did more to help me through this process, whereas Allstate was quick to take my monthly premium instead. I stay ONLY because its the cheapest for my age division. As long as you have no issues its fine, otherwise look elsewhere for more responsive and helpful service.

Have been working with Gervasi office since moving to CA in Dec 2015. Nancy and her staff have re-enforced why I am still with Allstate since 1996. I'm not treated like a number and they are so personable, cordial, friendly, etc. The office has been great at any changes we've made through the years.
