I notified them and was told as long as I make another $230 payment my policy would remain. The next day I received a notice that it had been canceled.

Id like to start this review off by stating that I am a paying customer and not a “bot” or paid spokesperson getting anything out of submitting this review other than an insurance policy. I signed up with Oniel on a cold call, didn’t think they would be able to get it all finalized but did. He shopped around and got me and my wife a damn good deal on a motorcycle and auto insurance policy dispute our less than perfect driving records. Never had an almost 2 hour conversation with an insurance agent before, I believe that speaks highly of the customer service that is so rare to come across these days. I greatly appreciate the time spent willingly and thoroughly explaining different options of savings that were given to me. I’d highly recommend seeing what they have to offer if you looking for a policy.

Fatima helped me to get reimbursed for my cancelled policy. I just can’t praise her enough!
I just lost my job and I am scrambling for $!
I realized that someone dropped the ball and never reimbursed me I had called I think last month or longer, I can’t remember.
Anyway she was so helpful and when I couldn’t bring up the cancellation paper to sign she immediately emailed me .
I have an old computer it glitches slot and am not the best on computers but for some reason I couldn’t bring it up on my phone but it came through on my computer.
She also just texted me telling me exactly what I will get back and when!
Being in customer service myself we all know people can be a bit or actually very rude and mean!
Fatima was so sweet and professional and helpful!
I really appreciate her service and she gets a gold star in my book !!!
