WASSAN THE BOMB TREATS YOU LIKE YOUR MOM. I have dealt with Farmers Insurance on and off since 1975. I have not had any agents as good as Wassan! She recently solved two major Home Insurance problems for me in 10 minutes of my time though it probably took a week of her time. It should be noted that these problems will affect many California Homeowners in years to come.

Problem#1: California laws and California catastrophes (storms and fires) are causing some Home Insurance Companies to pull out of the state. The companies that have not pulled out have raised their rates. Farmers Insurance, which is one of the top 5 Homeowner Insurers in the state doubled my premiums. I looked at other companies but the available companies were dubious choices. Wassan figured out a way for me to stay with Farmers and she saved me $600 with a modified policy!

Problem#2: My mortgage company saw that my policy was about to expire and that I was a California resident. They demanded proof of insurance or they would purchase insurance for me, to protect themselves, no matter the cost!!! Wassan sent a Proof-of- Insurance Declaration page by email to my mortgage company and they are now happy.

In addition, Farmers Insurance ( one of the top 10 auto insurers in the U.S.) has ACCIDENT FORGIVENESS on their auto policies . Shortly after getting an auto policy with Farmers, I had a small accident backing into a car that was actually blocking half of my driveway. My rates never went up. Wassan had faith in me. She recently got me enrolled in a mature driver's course for a small fee. I was able to take the course on my cell phone and get a certification card good for three years. As a result my 6 month premium on my auto insurance is almost $200 less than my original bill from Farmers!

I allowed Wassan to "boss" me around just like my mom used to, knowing it was for my own good! She works hard and cares about her customers.

Lastly, she is just not a pretty face, but if you like pretty faces, she has one!!

I needed to renew my insurance. Wassan at Farmers insurance took great care of me and she was very knowledgeable. She researched all options and found me the best price in minutes! The entire process was quick and seamless and I am so happy with the rates.

Poor customer service. Think twice before you go! I have been a farmers policy holder for 12+ years I just can’t express how unsatisfied with recent experience. Official complain to Farmers district office will follow. It’s funny how I recognize some of the 5 star reviewers actually her staff!

It was a pleasure to work with Wasan when she helped me set up my combined home, auto, and umbrella liability insurances. I was on a tight schedule and working around the COVID shelter-in-place, and Wasan were a huge help.
Wasan were knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. I'm looking forward to working with her in the future and would recommend her as an insurance agent.

We highly recommend farmers! Best switch I have made. My agent is the best! So friendly easy to communicate with and very friendly!!

I wish there was a negative star because even one start is too much for them. They literally have poor customer service. Please think twice before you join with Wassan. Believe me you will regret it!!!
