Mrs. Bermudez is an excellent agent. I’ve been with Allstate for more than 25 years and have had Mrs Bermudez for several years. She is responsive and friendly when I call or email. She helps with various insurance options for auto, home and life. I recommend her to anyone that I’ve had discussions with regarding insurance needs. Allstate is not a cheap insurance, in fact, Allstate auto rates are extremely high. The ONLY reason I have not switched insurance companies is because of the service Mrs Bermudez gives. I make calls for something regarding my insurance about every other month. I get a fast and friendly response every time. I appreciate that. It has been that way since day 1 with Mrs Bermudez.

Sadly the cost of insurance has gone up. Also being told if you go to Auto Pay you won't have to pay 2 months up front. And then after doing that to paying 2 months up front the next renewal you have to pay 2 months up front. Times are hard. It's difficult to go from paying 150 a month then renewal 1st payment $312. Either way they get their money no need to do 2 months up front. Very saddening.

My father and I were very disappointed with how you treated us.
The moment we walked in, you didn’t even bother to welcome us. We stood by the door for 10 minutes confused. Finally after telling us to walk in to your office you still didn’t bother to apologize for the wait. The entire time we sat in your office you were distracted by incoming calls.. did our time and business not matter to you??
The rates were so horrible and seems like you know how to take advantage of people. I have an elder father who was completely genuine and honest with you but yet you decided to tell us to leave.
This is by far the worst thing I’ve ever had to experience. And for future reference please know “Our time and other people’s time is just as valuable as yours… you need to do better”.

Poor! What's the point of having the app if the app won't work? Makes no sense that you can't give the tow company my location for me, and then they don't call the number we give them! Over an hour of going back and forth just to request a tow, is not ok. There needs to be a better option for calling for a tow because not everyone wants to use, or can use an app on their phone. There also needs to be one direct number to call for roadside assistance, I called the one on my card and got nowhere! I then called a different number that was listed on a family member's card and finally was able to speak to a real person.

If I could give 0 I would, this insurance have no little to no communication at all. They basically ruined my credit report by sending my bill to credit collection services when I was already making payments monthly and they said that I have 2 insurance policy for 1 vehicle! what? why was not I informed about this till it got to CCS collections? I have been trying to contact them and Sam could not do anything to see what is going on. They state that they will be calling me back within an hour or so but Ms Bermudez have not called me. Called allstate billing and they at least told me that they encoded my termination for the other policy was wrong which is why it was sent to Credit Collection. Worst agency I have dealt with

This is far best of insurance and I've had a lot of them at allstate they understand and they have gave me peace of mind also I don't now what I would have done with out allstate.......
So what are you waiting for....
