The broker name is Elizabeth Medina, the worst broker I ever came across. I usually pay for car insurance policy for the whole year paid in full. Ive been doing that for the past two years also with no problems…. I think she’s located at the San Leandro and El Cerrito location cost U less insurance. So she never submit my sign documents so my policy was cancel about 3 times. I had to go back and forth with her and she never fixed the situation. She was asking for more money even though I paid the amount in FULL. So I had to be a broker myself and called dairyland insurance and of course the lady from dairyland was the sweetest and helped with my situation. I’ve would have sue her for breaching the contract but she clearly did not do her job correct. The worst customer service ever!!!! I do not recommend Elizabeth Medina, they definitely need to re train her uncommon sense skills.

Went in and the customer service was super nice, even when another guest was getting irrate. Five stars on that but I heard you get charged an extra fee for going through them, as opposed to an insurance company directly. Correct me if that info was wrong, but that's what I heard / did pay an initiation fee. Overall it was my first time getting insurance, can't complain about spending money it was what I had to do but beware the ratchets that come in angry. Also don't be one.
