I have been with Allstate at this branch for I believe close to 20 years. I cancelled my auto and home policies after the recent insane rate changes but mostly because of the unbelievable way I was treated after being a loyal customer and never had a claim. This office had always been great in the past but now even a simple call back is too much to ask. To top it off when I called to cancel my policy they didn't once ask why I was cancelling? They couldn't care less. Happy to be taking my business elsewhere but a shame a once good office has caused this to happen with their rude and callous behavior towards a long time customer. There is more to the story, there always is but not worth it to whinge here. Just hoping others see this and think twice and research a little before choosing this company and office

So when I walked in I was welcomed by one of there coworkers/Sergio. He was respectful and understanding and help me the best he could. Even when I was stressing on how high my points might be on my driving he said not to worry we will help you as best as we can with the right price because we understand you had bad experience in your past. So that was my helpful experience at All-State insurance. Thank you Sergio for all the help.

Signed up for a policy & wanted to make sure it had rental coverage, instead they added a renters insurance policy & when I called them to clear it up they said the policy would be canceled and never mentioned anything about my auto insurance going up. My experience with All State and specifically Aaron Clift and his staff, has been very positive. I am able to get in touch with Aaron and talk with him or leave a message and he always calls back. That's huge. It's really nice when you can actually talk with the experts. Also we feel like Aaron is trying to save us money by looking at our plan and seeing what All State has to offer that would be less expensive. He recently saved us several hundred on our home insurance policy. And he reached out to me when he noticed he could save us some money. Aaron is hard working, available and very helpful.

Awful people to work with. I was being helped by a different Allstate that quoted me proper coverages and were helpful but the call dropped. I accidentally got a hold of this Allstate and they lied to me to get me to sign up and later figured out they stripped my coverages. Pretty pathetic to get a sale. Don’t do business with these liars. It was Aaron on the phone. THE OWNER, the owner was the desperate one to get his sale. Definitely canceling with them
