Maria is a one-woman show working here and was super proactive in finding the lowest rate in auto insurance for me. Progressive wanted me to put $350 down and then pay $140 a month for basic coverage which is just too high. Maria found a quote for me that was $180 down and $80 a month, for the same amount of coverage, a much better deal. I'll say this, the center the location is in isn't the best and there is very limited cell service while waiting and no Wi-Fi. There was a woman outside who seemed permanently glued to a seat trying to sell people candy or something? I don't speak Spanish so don't know what she was saying. Not the business's fault but it's worth mentioning. The wait times are unclear and there were 3 other people in the office waiting but Maria works quickly and was multi-tasking having another client fill out paperwork while on the phone with insurance companies finding a quote for me so definitely A for effort! I was there maybe 35 minutes in total so not a long time. I'd definitely recommend this location.

Overall it was a good experience, Itxa was very helpful and worked hard to get me the best deal I could get for the best price, I would recommend asking for her assistance if you sign up. I was able to get a great price on my car insurance (a lot lower than any other quote I was able to find with other companies).
