I wish if I could give them 0 star, very unprofessional, very rude, kept my premiums, said takes up to 60 days. Never answering calls, if answer, then keep transferring the calls, specially the lady jasmine, please be professional and nice with customer. Don’t forgot god is watching you guys.

I 100% recommend this company. I have been insuring my commercial equipment with them for several years now and wouldn't change them. The staff is very friendly, and get their job done right away. I have never had to wait hours to get certificates for my customers. No matter is you email them or call the they will always responds back within a timely manner. Great service, Great Staff, worth every penny!

There are companies out there that extremely understand the importance of building great customer relationships. Noble West is true example of that. I was so amazed how fast and reliable was Noble West. I hope im not saying too much, when I say that everyone out there in insurance business needs to learn from Noble West. Im sorry I have no words. We love them already and we just sign-up with them recently. At Jeevan Transportation Inc we believe time is most important, and Noble West is best at saving time, Money and much more. I called trying to get a quote for my trucks, the reps said they will call me back but never did. It probably a good thing...but to me it's not professional and not standing on their name "Noble West". If you don't want to work with someone the least you can do to just say so. Lot's insurance agent out there.

it's been 105 days from the cancellation date of my policy and i have not received my premiums back. although they said it will take 60 days. they don't return calls and ignore emails.

Love working with Noble West these people will go above and beyond to get you a quote and get you one fast. John kerslake has worked with us for 2 years now and compared to any other quote his is always the best. I recommend Noble west to All my freinds and family.

I wish I could give a better rating, but they do not return phone calls and do not respond to emails. When I finally do get a hold of them, they say we will call you tomorrow, but never call back. Stay away from these guys.

Noble West really are Truck Insurance experts. It's all they do.. and have the Great West carrier behind them.
