I called for a quote on a Friday around 12:30 pm girl was kinda rude promised she was gonna call me in 30 minutes, she never did. I had to call them around 6 pm another lady answered she was nice told me she didn’t know who took call but she was gonna ask girls in the morning on Saturday and have them call me asap, again never got a call from them until Tuesday, guess they don’t like giving quotes I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. My in-laws recommended to go with them but never will get them business

if i can give them no stars i would Please don’t file taxes in this place my brother file taxes and had allot of issues aside from that the owner dint listen to put my brothers banking information instead she used another bank called Civista bank so she can steel money from him we been trying to get his money back and all she does is lie and lie and push back she was holding my brother refund for almost a month until we called the IRS and they told us the refund was issues on May 3rd and she never contacted my brother to get his money. My brother paid in advance for his tax preparation and after she charged him again 250 for it over all she owes him 400 dollars and she makes excuses we called the bank and the bank said those charges came from tax preparer and she supposedly is not aware of any charges. I never leave reviews on anything but it’s sad how people steel money to make themselves more money. If this lady doesn’t pay my brother her name is Sandy we will file a lawsuit as she has also stolen from a family member that never spoke up and a police report so an investigation is open and they can revoke her license while the investigation is open.

The agents at GAMA insurance go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I’m taken care of when it comes to my taxes and insurance. Would recommend 10/10 with no hesitation.
