Yeni made my DMV process so smooth and effective. I had to go through a lengthy process for my salvage vehicle and she walked me through all the steps when I was lost. Being said that the process is a little difficult, she made it easy and put all the paper work in place. Highly recommend her services !!

So honestly I don't do reviews, but I had to leave a review. I recently had to get my tags during covid and it was merely impossible until I found Yenis Insurance. Not only was she polite and a pleasure to work with but she worked swiftly and was able to get me my tags promptly.

Even during quaritine she was open and I didn't feel worried because her establishment was clean and I noticed how she sanitized everything and provided hand santizer therefore I felt safe. So all in all my experience was like no other.

I can't give this a negative 50 or I would!. This dumb Yenni likes to get on the phone and talk about her customers. Too bad she didn't know she was on speaker. I don't care who she was talking about as a business she needs to learn to deal with all kinds of people RESPECTFULLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I wouldn't do business with this if she paid me!

Yenis Is Amazing...... she did the impossible to resolve my issues with the DMV..... she’s been open over 13 years...... hands down better than Adrianas insurance...... I was in the room when these offensive and un courteous females that are talking negative of Yenis..... they wanted for her to do illegal transactions with the DMV...... But Yenis told them NO!!!!!..... to show the integrity of the professional woman......

Muy buen servicio!! Varios lugares incluyendo la Triple A y el DMV no podían Alluda… y ella lo hizo posible!!! Con 2 autos con los cual necesitaba Alluda ella lo pudo hacer en cuestión de poco tiempo.. Lo que en otros lugares no pudieron hacer nada gracias
