I had issues with connecting to the app where my location was. My agent’s office handled the connection for me and then followed up with me by phoning to see if I received the message and to make sure I knew the tow truck had been dispatched to me. Awesome during our time of need.

I’ve been a customer of Ninna for years. Ninna is very knowledgeable of the company’s insurance products and services. She has always taken the time to go over my policies with me and make suggestions on how to maximize my coverage for myself and my family while picking the right products and coverage levels that fit into my budget.Ninna is also very personable which gives it the feeling of a community based company working within a corporate structure.

The agents are slow, and the communication and relationship with their customers are the last on their priorities.
Getting a quote would take 2 weeks and that is not the correct quote and missing information and requires many iterations. Even when I had the final quote and agreed to work with them and made the payment, after a few days they called me and said the amount was incorrect and my rate is twice (I repeat 2 times!!) the original quote!!!
I would stay away from them.

this is regarding my husband who was insured through State Farm for the past 3 years. I am very disappointed in the fact they cancelled his coverage early without notice. He has been in contact with this agency mainly communicating with Maria. He had a DUI and needed an SR-22 sent to DMV. He went to DMV due not receiving an ID after month of license being reinstated. Maria said they sent in the SR-22 and they will not be renewing his policy in July.
After going to the DMV again the DMV stated they have never received the SR 22 and cannot give him an ID. My husband went to the agency to see why the form was never sent in, upon arrival they stated they had cancelled his policy in May but never gave notice.
My big issue is that they never told him that they cancelled his policy early and lied about sending in the SR-22 form. On one occasion with Maria on speaker phone it was agreed upon he will be insured until his policy ended which is July 17th and added to my policy. It was never stated that they will cancel his policy almost 2 months early and WITHOUT notice.
Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from this company.
