I Just received top tier service from Malik. Few months back I had to cancel my bank card due to fraud but I complete forgot my directed payment for my car insurance was being taken from the card and I never updated my payment info with the new card. To make a short story long, I just found out today my policy had been canceled! I called Acceptance and spoke with Malik, in less than an HR of our first conversation Malik had me set up with a new policy paying less than the policy that was canceled.
