He was more than willing to help me even though I wasn’t his client, he just answered the line I called & went above & beyond to get what I needed done. He even texted me his personal contact in case I needed anything further, which I did & when I reached out a few days later he remembered who I was & helped me no questions asked. His customer service was impeccable! Really made me feel like my needs were as urgent to him as they were to me. He made a change I thought was going to be a nightmare, totally seamless! The manager Troy filed a policy for me for $72 a month for my vehicle. They raised my rates from $72 a month to $96 a month to $165 a month after 2 months. Troy did nothing to help out. I am filing a report with the California insurance board on Troy and Kemper insurance that he used to get me the insurance. One last thing. Troy is worthless!!!!!

I have been trying to get auto insurance for a week now. My wife and I have been fighting about it. I went to several places but either the wait time was too long or they would tell me they couldnt find a company to cover me without even looking. I dont even have that many speeding tickets and only 1 DUI. One of the speeding tickets was my wife's fault, because she was yelling at me when I was driving and I just wanted to get home quick to get away. As soon as I walked into Cost U Less I was greeting by one of the reps. I told her I needed Insurance TODAY because my bank said they would repossess my BMW and my wife will not be happy about that and I dont want to be stuck at home with her. The rep said she would do her best to find me insurance. Jazmen Tortola, the rep, was cool and real nice, good customer service. She offered me a mountain dew and hot cheetos while she searched for insurance for me. Jazmen found me a policy! I can go home now and not fight with my wife about my BMW insurance. Now we can fight about other stuff.

The office was a little hot but they were quick, friendly, and professional. I recommend this place especially if you got traffic stuff on your record. Thanks Jazmen and Cost U Less.

Treated me like a criminal from the start. They refuse to return phone calls. emails , and voice messages. 5 months of awful customer service and still making payments on a car I'll never see again. And now forced to file a lawsuit , which I'll undoubtedly win

This is the worst insurance company by far. I wasted an hour and gas dealing with them. When I went into the office they would not help even after I waited for 20 minutes. The staff is rude and lazy.
