Let me preface this review by saying that Maria and her employees never disrespected my wife and me. I write this review in hopes of warning others. This business has made too many mistakes in handling our policy.

-Maria Lopez and Farmers Insurance shared our personal information and policy with another customer multiple times.
-Another customer's personal information and policy were included in our statements.
- Farmers Insurance never sent out correct information to the corporate offices, causing us to back pay our bill. Our bills were 2x the original amount for certain months. This made it difficult to pay our other bills on time.
-When we asked to cancel our auto policy, they deleted another customer's policy instead and left them without auto insurance for 2 weeks.
- When confronted with the mistakes, we were assured that they would be fixed and we never got any timely response. we had to call corporate to get it fixed.

I am not satisfied with this company and I warn others with doing business here.

I have never contemplated writing reviews online, but the service provided by this agent made me write a review to warn hard working people and stay at home wives to not make their life more complicated dealing with people in this office.
My wife and I wasted our time calling the office multiple times to talk to Maria, she was always busy and assistant told us by our 10th call in 2 weeks that, “Maria is extremely busy because she has a lot of clients and 2 offices.”
Agent and office staff couldn’t add a new purchased car to our car policy. Agent doesn’t pick up or returns phone calls. Online policies are not updated. Very poor customer service and customer inquiries or needs are never met.
A replacement windshield claim that took place last year in June, hasn’t been completed as of today.
All our policies are still in different names and different account with no will to organize them.

Please avoid!

This place stinks they'll change your insurance policies without your notice nothing but scammers and I got bit on my credit report cuz of their fault

Great service, detailed explanantion of coverages. And a cant beat value when you compare apples to apples. Highly recommend.
