I did not feel welcomed here. I walked in and felt that "wrong neighborhood buddy." The worker did not greet me or ask me how i can be helped. I literally took it upon myself to ask for help. The only positive I can say was that I was able to get my quote done.

I called because I'm shopping for car insurance on a new car purchase, I currently have AAA. I advised the representative that AAA was but pricey and I was looking for a lower rate and possibly a new insurance company, to be direct she (Rep) told me they can't provide me with insurance unless I already have insurance for 14 days on the new car, which made no sense at all, I repeated what she mentioned just to clarify and she confusingly confirmed, as if it didn't make sense to her also. If I'm already getting this much trouble with the reps and I don't have insurance with them, I can only imagine the stress and headaches they cause if I did ever need to file a claim. No thank you!

I love this office! My mother has had insurance here for years. Marisa has always being so helpful and has explained all coverages very throughly. Needless, to say now I need insurance for myself, so this office is the place to go!! Everyone is very knowledgeable and I know when my favorite agent is not there anyone can help me.

Karen's office was able to help me with my auto insurance. I called for quotes and felt they were being outrageous. I talked to Agent Karen, met her staff and they are all very knowledgeable. I now have more than Auto insurance. I recommend this agent and her staff they all know what they are doing.

The agent Marrissa is such a rude person, was just trying to get information on my policy and she was beating around the bush not answering my questions. when i asked to speak with somebody at a higher position she just hung up the phone. I called them again this time Alicia, the officer manager, picked up. I asked to speak with Karen Berry and she too was being rude. Nothing but rude agents here. Have never spoken to Karen herself. worst service i've ever gotten from anywhere. very unprofessional.

Maizoua Yang was a good agent. She was patience and was able to help add insurance on my truck. State farms has good employees who knows how to do their job. Recommend this place.

After dealing with a hit and run situation and my previous insurance not handling the situation as fast as I'd hope, we decided to give StateFarm a shot! I am so glad we did! We got Marisa and she was very prompt, professional, and helpful. She explained everything to us and made the switch beyond easy!

All the agents there is very friendly. The Hmong agent is very helpful. She has a positive attitude, knowledgeable, and responsive. My parents barely speak any English and I’m glad that she’s there every time to take care of their insurance matters. She goes above & beyond to help her clients.

Very helpful!! Since the whole COVID situation i was easily able to call and get the breakdown of their car insurance policies. The woman on the phone didnt rush me and made sure i knew the policy.

I am giving this Office a 5 star because they met all my expectations. If you need someone with professionalism and knows what they are doing then this is the office you need to go. They all are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcoming. They provide you with the right information for you to make a decision on your insurance and are honest when giving you advice. Haven't had an issue. Going on 5 years, prompt service everytime I go.

Two problems - she brought in an associate to do a commercial policy for us. That associate never provided us a copy of our policy. She wouldn't help us in any way, getting him to respond or provide the written policy. She just took her referral fee and ignored us. That could have been because of 'bad business practice' #2- Karen Barry'Ellis ordered business cards from our company and never paid for them. She used them and they were exactly what she ordered, but again kept her money and ignored us. State Farm may be a good company, but she as a person is very unprofessional. I would strongly recommend IF you contact her, you proceed with caution...
