She was in a car accident recently and this branch & insurance company as a whole has not been very helpful.

No one to call after hours or over the weekend.

Hard to do anything over the phone. Most times you have to show up to the branch & can’t be any other branch.

I've been working with Chateau Turner's office since she opened. She makes sure she always hires the best people who give the same level of customer service as she does. I've unfortunately had to file multiple claims due to people hitting me but she's always handled it professionally and courteously. Never has she threatened to drop me due to too many claims in one calendar year. She also makes sure that I'm aware of any new products or services she provides (car, renters, life - all products I have through her agency) so I can make sure I'm covered. I would also like to mention the outstanding service I've received from her staff. I've called to speak with her but due to other affairs (meetings, calls, etc.) she was unavailable. Instead of simply taking a message I was immediately offered assistance and given a satisfactory answer. No matter if I deal directly with Chateau or a member of her staff I always know I'm in good hands. Hands down she's the best insurance ageny/ agency I've ever dealt with.
