Came in the morning around 9am to pay for my insurance, get paperwork situated from the DMV since they handle registration and take a vehicle off my policy and was told to come back at 2pm because the person that's as helping me didn't know what to do. Came back at 2pm and was told that there was no one to help me because the person they were expecting, had an emergency. In my opinion their agents and staff should all be up to par and trained to do what needs to be done. Now I'm wasting my time and money not being helped and told to come back tomorrow.
My grandfather and I have been with the brokerage for a long time, and they have never done this. It's very unprofessional and now has an unsatisfactory mark with me. Contemplating switching somewhere else for help.

They are a very professional group of insurance brokers who were great at finding me the best car insurance rate that fit me and my everyday commuting needs.

Very unprofessional. The owner is a nice lady and that's why I gave them 1 star but the other two reps committed a fraudulent act against me mystep dad brought me a signed blank check & told me to fill I out for whatever I needed just call him w the total later the lady after giving me a quote & before I decided how long I wanted to pay for coverage processed the check. Mind you it was before I filled out the total and then when I said i only wanted 3 months not 6 and that I was going to go cash thr check and come back. I shouldn't of had to clarify to her my business between my step dad and I or how I was given the check to cash for whatever I needed that's why it was blank and pay for my insurance out of it. When I questioned her and pointed out the obvious that it wasnt even made out to then yet she said I could go thru the bank or call he insurance and get a refund which I did but they didn't refund the difference to me the refunded it back to dicar when i went to go get it days later the lady in the front lied and said thru didn't have it then said she couldn't give it to me cuz It wasn't my check I told her actually it was my check my step dad brought it to me blank and signed I sat it on the desk and after getting a quote your agent entered the check info into the computer before I gave her permission and when I told her I was gonna go cash it and pay for the 3 months not the 6she told me it was to late. The lady at the front then tells me to come back in 30 min and take it up w her the next thing I know I'm getting a call from my confused step dad asking me why they were calling him telling him some bs and why didn't I cash it to ke like we said and then paid them . He said he told them to.give me thr Damn money like I told them to do and quit bothering him w it. They violated the law with out right in so many ways went to go get my money the lady was rude and I will never use them again. She told me "believe me Darleen knows about this" as If they had right to take it upon themselves and deposit a check handed over to me and then try and prevent me from getting back the difference

Incendio en en cual se quemo todo!! Nunca se tomaron el tiempo para revisar la poliza y decirme que otras cosas podia reclamar dentro de la poliza!! Otra aseguradora fue la que me ayudo a revisarla y asi poder reclamar otras cosas que estaban dentro de mi poliza!!! Ellos dicen que no hacen reclamos!!
