Although we've been with the parent company of this agency and provider for many many years we do not personally know any of the Tiffany Mai agents. However, we've conducted business over the phone with them and they've been responsive, courteous and helpful whenever we've had the need. In addition, the provider, Allstate, has furnished cost effective coverage for our home for more than 40 years and we trust that they'll be around for many more.

Having problems with homeowners insurance no one in the office getting back to me. I also trying to get an Rv quote and no one getting back to me on that.

If customer service or responsiveness to questions is what you are looking for, this is not your agency. In the last couple of months, we have had several experiences trying to get clarity on a bill and then trying to get a new policy (when it was canceled), and each time emails were promised with more information or a new quote and were never received. Even follow up calls (usually going to an operator or voicemail) were not promptly returned. We are still waiting.

Terrible customer service. Raised my rate $45.00 a month without even letting me know. I called and it took one whole day and nobody called me back. I emailed and still no response. I had to call back and when I did, I was told rates were going up because everything is going up. Also was told rate increase is to cover for drivers with no insurance. That’s not my problem. They tried to offer other policies where my rate might come down. I’m not interested in that. I’ve been with same agency for 30 years and have a great driving record. I already have quotes from other agencies where the rates are lower for exact same coverage. I’m leaving Allstate.
