So I'm a OTR trucker and my truck was hit by another local day cab and when jus ran a check on dot # it came back as not authorized meaning drivers company isn't active. So then I go to ask for certificate of insurance liability and driver gave me one that's expired. So then I call Sergio. To give him the policy # so he can tell me if it's active or not and when I called Sergio the insurance representative Answered my call and I was able to verify with him that the insurance was active so then I instructed surgio to call the owner of the company and send him the proper documentation so that I can have in case. The guy who hit me does not choose to pay the bill... Everything worked out but sergios professionalism was not what I expected he did not even allow me to give him the policy number. He basically knew who I was it made me feel like I was being set up or God knows what I just choose to be very skeptical especially in. These hard times in trucking.

Called for commercial quote, I understand it's more difficult since I'm on the middle of my current policy. Which I had no problem waiting till it ended just wanted to keep my options open for that time. I had to call once to get a follow up. And Been over 2 weeks and not even a courtesy call. I'll just stick to what I currently have I guess it is true you get what you pay for

Got my car insurance here they have great rates and their customer service is amazing, i mainly deal with Marlen for my payment she is super friendly and goes beyond to make sure i am happy

I've never been here and Google keeps asking me to rate it. No matter how many times i try to remove it.

What else am I suppose to rate it. I can't give'em 1star. I just finally want it of my list.
