Currently a member, im satisfied for now even with the raise in prices which is understandable... except for the fact anytime I call it seems they are basically closed because no one answers, and for the times I do go to the office in person, things still don't come out correctly. Lots of mistakes on the representatives end.
Came in today to get two life policy. I was super nervous since this is all new to me but Norma helped me out in getting them it was quick and easy . Such a important policy was made easy.very clean office .
Julie is a good agent just as I am a good customer she never hears from I pay my premium on time and never file a claim but then the problem begins when I need something I emailed Julie back towards the end of last year to ask a question never heard back then early January I sent her an email because I had an issue I needed to discuss with her never received a response is Julie still my agent? I use to receive a birthday card and Christmas card nothing anymore, I am billed every six months for my Renters Insurance when I received my bill the statement that I could pay three months so I did OMG I received a phone call from Julie’s office along with an email stating I was late how could I be late if I was offered to pay my bill that way and I was still within my six months of renewal but my lesson I learned is that if I want to hear from my agent just don’t pay my bill. I have been with State Farm Insurance since I was sixteen years old and I am sixty six years old now I think I have had one accident claim and one jewelry claim I deserve better treatment I will be leaving to another agent.
A good agent until something personal goes wrong in your marriage then she lets her emotions get in the way personally by choosing sides, making changes based on one side’s request, and shutting down communication instead of taking the high road by taking a high moral and ethical business stand.
Plenty of other great agents out there.

A hoy estuve esperando y tocando la puerta por unos 10 minutos y nunca abrieron nose porque en su pagina dice que abren a las 8:30 am y ya eran las 10 y tampoco avía un letrero que avise que no ay servicio llame y solo contesto la máquina que decepción
