USE adobe acrobat to check if the e-signed documents ARE AUTHENTIC or been edited adobe acrobat told me how the documents they said i signed have been falsified from this broker and progressive insurance provider BEAWARE OF THIS BROKER & PROGRESSIVE IF ANY BODY NEED HELP WITH LET ME KNOWI had to edit this after yaneth arredondo finally replied to my email claiming to be professional it's been 10 months sense I upgraded my insurance 8 MONTHS SENSE MY ACCIDENT I still have not received any documents or cards that i agreed to & purchased from yaneth on 03/19/2024 .Perfect example of how heartless A business like this TRULY IS . I would give a -0 if there was an option too I had a 1yr liability only insurance and after 6 months I had the money to pay to have coverage of my motorcycle I paid 1300 dollars cash thinking I would be safe if I were to get injured unfortunately that was not the case at all the person that took my money never explained to me that some of the first policy would still remain rejected which I found out after being injured with a medical bill of over 150.000.0$ I always thought that I had coverage because I went in to pay for it now I'm having to pay for this giant bill when I should have been made aware of what coverage I was actually paying for and why was it 5x more to just cover my motorcycle that would be just retarded knowing that any one would cover some motorcycle and not there life shame on you how much more heartess can this world get for a dollar well here's a perfect example.i would like yaneth Arredondo to reply to my emails to make an appointment to explain why I paid such a high price for an upgrade and why I supposedly would reject a coverage that comes with an upgrade.which defeats the whole purpose of me going in to get an upgrade...!!!from $217.00 a year to a little over $1300.00 for six months upgrade I tried getting ahold of yaneth and still have not got a reply I don't trust calling no number I will meet in person or talk via email.thank you
