After going over my June/July bank statements this morning, I found that I had mistakenly written two $2661.00 checks for the same policy! I called Steele Ins. Co. and spoke with an extremely helpful, patient, and friendly associate, Ms. Kailey Flynn. She not only researched and clarified my mistake, but was able to request the appropriate refund as well as help me pay the correct premium for the proper property!

The people here are very nice and very helpful. I'd give 5 stars for that. However they don't give the discounts others gave considering we aren't driving much this year and they are a broker so expect to pay more for that. I'd give 3 stars for that one. But if you don't care how much you pay, need insurance quick with friendly people, then this is your place.
